SailPoint IdentityIQ Architect

• Architect, design, and implement scalable enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Configure automated user lifecycle management workflows supporting account provisioning, access requests, and deprovisioning.
• Build custom connectors and integrations linking SailPoint IIQ to target databases, enterprise applications, and directories.
• Design and enforce governance frameworks including access certifications, segregation of duties (SoD), and role management.
• Troubleshoot complex SailPoint IdentityIQ integration errors, custom Java rules, workflow logic, and performance issues.
• Author technical architecture blueprints, system configuration workbooks, and detailed implementation documentation.
• Mentor identity engineering staff and collaborate with cross-functional cybersecurity and public sector stakeholders.

• 7 or more years of experience in enterprise SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) architecture, deployment, and engineering.
• Proficiency in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) frameworks, custom rule authoring, and SailPoint IIQ configurations.
• Experience with designing automated identity lifecycle processes covering Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) events.
• Experience in building custom connectors, application integrations, directory services, and database provisioning hooks.
• Experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), entitlement management, and automated access certification campaigns.
• Experience in troubleshooting complex IdentityIQ workflows, performance bottlenecks, and federal security compliance baselines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
