Job description

As a Project Manager, you will own the successful execution of telecommunications and construction projects from contract award through final closeout.

You’ll be the central point connecting clients, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and leadership to ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and fully compliant with contractual requirements.

This role combines project leadership, business management, client communication, financial oversight, and operational execution.

What You Will DoProject Leadership

  • Lead projects from kickoff to completion.
  • Establish project execution strategies and oversee implementation.
  • Drive accountability across internal teams and subcontractors.
  • Anticipate issues before they become problems.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
  • Build trusted relationships through professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates.

Schedule & Cost Management

  • Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules.
  • Monitor budgets, labor utilization, equipment, and material costs.
  • Forecast potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure projects remain profitable and operationally efficient.

Contract & Documentation Management

  • Review contracts, scopes of work, drawings, and specifications.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project records.
  • Ensure complete and accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain compliance with ACG procedures and client requirements.

Risk, Quality & Compliance

  • Identify project risks before they impact performance.
  • Coordinate corrective actions and issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and contractual obligations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in Construction, Telecommunications, or related industries.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, risks, and contract requirements.
  • Experience leading projects from kickoff through closeout.

Preferred Experience

  • Federal contracting experience.
  • Public-sector construction experience.
  • Telecommunications infrastructure projects.
  • Outside plant (OSP), structured cabling, low-voltage, security systems, or network infrastructure projects.
  • ERP or project management software experience.

Technical Skills

  • Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Advanced Excel reporting and data analysis
  • Project scheduling and resource planning
  • Budget management and cost tracking
  • ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
