Job description

We are seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer with extensive experience in Angular 17+, modern web technologies, and enterprise-scale application development. The ideal candidate is passionate about building intuitive, accessible, and high-performing user interfaces while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, maintainable web applications.

This role partners closely with Product Management, UX/UI Design, Solution Architecture, and Engineering teams to define front-end standards, improve development practices, and build reusable UI components that enhance consistency across enterprise applications., * Design, develop, and maintain responsive, scalable, and accessible web applications using Angular 17+ and modern front-end technologies.

  • Build reusable UI components, shared libraries, and enterprise design system assets to ensure consistency across applications.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, product owners, architects, and backend developers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
  • Translate UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable, and performant code.
  • Define and maintain front-end architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical leadership focused on quality, performance, accessibility, and security.
  • Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using Azure DevOps.
  • Optimize application performance and resolve browser compatibility, accessibility, and scalability issues.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and support application stability.
  • Mentor junior developers and promote engineering excellence across the team.
  • Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency, testing, documentation, and overall software quality.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of front-end development experience with strong expertise in Angular.
  • Hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using Angular 17+.
  • Strong proficiency in:
  • TypeScript
  • JavaScript (ES6+)
  • HTML5
  • CSS3
  • SCSS
  • Experience building enterprise-scale Single Page Applications (SPAs).
  • Strong experience creating reusable component libraries and enterprise design systems.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience implementing accessible web applications compliant with WCAG standards.
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs with front-end applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Git, branching strategies, pull requests, and version control best practices.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps including Repos, Pipelines, and CI/CD implementation.
  • Experience writing unit, integration, and component tests using Jest, Karma, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, object-oriented design, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted coding platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with NX Monorepo architecture.
  • Experience with Storybook for component documentation and UI development.
  • Experience using Bootstrap, ng-Bootstrap, or similar UI frameworks.
  • Experience integrating third-party UI libraries into enterprise applications.
  • Knowledge of front-end performance optimization techniques and application observability.
  • Experience supporting highly regulated enterprise environments such as financial services, healthcare, insurance, or government sectors.
  • Experience contributing to modernization initiatives involving cloud-native or micro-frontend architectures.
