The Data Engineering & Modeling Director leads enterprise data engineering, modeling, and data product development capabilities. Responsible for delivering scalable, reusable, and governed data assets that support operational, analytical, and AI use cases., + Define enterprise data engineering standards and practices.

• Lead development of data products, pipelines, and semantic models.

• Establish enterprise data modeling standards.

• Oversee data integration and transformation frameworks.

• 10+ years in data engineering or data architecture.

• 5+ years leading engineering teams.

• Experience building enterprise data products.

• Experience with large-scale cloud data platforms.

• Experience implementing DataOps and agile delivery practices., + Ability to work at a computer for long periods of time.

• Must have mental processes for reasoning, remembering, mathematics and language ability (reading, writing, and speaking the English language) to perform the duties proficiently.

• Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form and to solve problems involving several variables.

• The noise level in the work environment is normally moderate.

• Environment where pets are present.

$140,400.00 - $219,375.00, Salary Range: $140,400 - $241,313

Compensation is determined based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, location, and market competitiveness.
