Oracle EBS Financials - General Ledger (GL) Consultant

The consultant will be responsible for supporting, enhancing, troubleshooting, and optimizing Oracle EBS Financials, with particular emphasis on General Ledger, financial accounting, reporting, interfaces, and federal financial business processes.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials Consultant to support a federal government client in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Financials, with a strong focus on General Ledger (GL) and experience supporting federal financial management environments., * 6-10 years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials.

• Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle General Ledger (GL).
• Experience supporting federal financial management systems or U.S. government financial environments.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial management processes.

• Experience with Oracle EBS Financials modules such as:

• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Cash Management (CE)
• Purchasing / iProcurement

Strong understanding of chart of accounts, accounting flexfields, journal processing, period close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Experience with Oracle EBS integrations, interfaces, and financial data flows.

Ability to analyze complex financial issues and provide effective functional solutions.

Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with federal client stakeholders.

Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
