Job description

  • Amazon Account Sales Management: Oversee daily operations, deeply understand and utilize various Amazon marketing tools to develop promotional strategies. Monitor performance, conduct regular reviews, and adjust plans to optimize results.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data, keyword performance, product rankings, and other metrics on schedule. Propose and implement optimization strategies to enhance store traffic and conversion rates.
  • Competitor Monitoring: Track competitor activities, including product pages, promotions, and reviews. Identify market gaps and formulate effective sales strategies to gain competitive advantages.
  • Advertising Optimization: Analyze advertising reports, refine campaigns to boost click-through and conversion rates, and control ACOS to ensure ROI.
  • New Product Launch Planning: Conduct market research for new products, craft compelling product listings, and design comprehensive launch strategies.
  • Market & Policy Awareness: Stay updated on market trends and Amazon policy changes. Communicate insights to leadership and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Support the Operations Director with departmental tasks, maintain proactive communication with supervisors, and contribute innovative ideas for business growth.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
  • Experience with reporting and Data Visualization tools such as Quick Sight / Tableau / Power BI or other BI packages
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central is a plus but not required
  • Creative thinker with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-task, high volume environment
  • Fluent in Mandarin preferred
