About the Role: We are seeking a senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) Developer with 12+ years of experience to lead, design, and implement complex Human Resources System Integrations. The ideal candidate will leverage deep technical expertise in iFlow Development, Groovy Scripting, and API integration to build robust communication bridges across enterprise systems., Design, build, and deploy custom iFlows using SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite.
Integrate SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) with third-party and legacy systems via REST, SOAP, and OData APIs.
Write efficient Groovy Scripting for complex data transformation and logic execution.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain enterprise Human Resources System Integrations.
Collaborate with functional teams to analyze business requirements and technical specs.
Requirements
Certifications (Preferred): SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP Certified Development Associate - SAP Integration Suite, 12+ years of enterprise software development experience.
Core expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite.
Hands-on proficiency with iFlow Development and Groovy Scripting.
Proven track record implementing REST, SOAP, and OData APIs.
Strong domain experience in Human Resources System Integrations.
