Do you want to help us build new things and evangelize use of AWS with customers? As an Associate Solutions Architect you will partner across AWS to help customers craft highly scalable, flexible and resilient cloud architectures that address customer business problems. As a trusted customer advocate, you will help organizations understand best practices around cloud-based solutions, and how to migrate existing workloads to the cloud. You will have the opportunity to help customers use AWS within their organizations ranging from new start-ups to large enterprise customers.
This position is part of an accelerated career development program for those who want to advance both their technical and business skills. This is a unique opportunity for driven, self-starters to play a key role in a fast-growing business, and to deliver significant value to AWS customers of all sizes from nimble startups to global brands. The program will provide you with training and work experience that aligns in the field of technical training. Key job responsibilities

Create solutions that address customer business problems and accelerate the adoption of AWS services

Interface with customer stakeholders, including developers and team leads

Drive effective feedback gathering from customers, distill and translate feedback into clear business and technical requirements for product and engineering teams
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
-
Experience with one of the following programming languages: Python, Ruby, Node.js, C#, or C+- Experience with AI/ML technologies
-
Experience with one or more of the following domains: analytics, security, storage, DevOps, application development, or machine learning
-
Graduation conferral date between August 2024 and August 2026

Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions to both small and large audiences
Preferred Qualifications

AWS or other cloud certification

Experience applying established frameworks and design patterns to deliver working software (can include coursework, personal projects, hackathons, or previous internships)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
