Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Experteer Overview As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at TeamViewer, you will ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our Azure-based SaaS platform. You’ll manage cloud infrastructure and containerized workloads, driving automation and GitOps-driven operations. You’ll work with a forward-thinking team to deliver a seamless, global user experience and shape the platform’s evolution using cloud-native technologies. Compensation / Benefits * Design, build, and maintain highly available, secure, and scalable Azure cloud infrastructure for the global SaaS platform * Manage, scale, and optimize Kubernetes-based containerized platforms with GitOps for declarative management * Deploy feature and maintenance releases * Develop and enhance monitoring, alerting, and automation to ensure 24/7 service reliability * Automate and implement Infrastructure-as-Code improvements * Participate in on-call rotations and troubleshoot incidents for rapid resolution * Identify and mitigate reliability risks and drive continuous improvement Tasks * Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience * 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or software development roles * Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (AWS or GCP is a plus) * Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code and automation tools (Terraform, Argo CD) * Familiarity with programming/scripting (PowerShell) * Hands-on experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) * Knowledge of databases (MS SQL, Postgres) * Experience with monitoring/observability tools (Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus) * Understanding of distributed systems, parallel programming, and test automation * Solid grasp of network security principles and best practices * A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and strong collaboration skills Key requirements * Competitive compensation and bonuses * Flexible PTO and paid holidays * 401(k) with employer matching * Health insurance package including 100% employer-paid medical coverage * Up to 12 weeks of Parental Leave * 100% employer-paid Life Insurance and Disability
