Job description
Owns the Cisco LAN and WAN, the 99.9% network availability target, and all network changes through the ERB/CCB. Drives MTTR reduction through ITIL incident, problem, and change management and coordinates major incident bridges for network-impacting P1 events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s with 12+ years of network management experience (or commensurate experience)
- Must be open to 24x7x365 WAN/LAN operations, ITIL change and incident management, and routing and segmentation discipline
- Must have all or at least one of the following certifications ( CCNP, CCDP, CISM, PMP, ITIL v4)
- Clearance Required: Ability to maintain a DFC Public Trust clearance
