Job description

Lead the design and development of scalable enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
Lead technical architecture and solution design discussions.
Define API standards, security, versioning, error handling, and integration patterns.
Integrate applications with internal systems, third-party platforms, databases, and cloud services.
Develop secure and scalable backend services.
Lead end-to-end API development from requirement analysis through production deployment.
Create and review HLD, LLD, API specifications, sequence diagrams, and technical documentation.
Integrate AI and Generative AI capabilities into Java-based applications.
Develop backend services that interact with LLMs and AI platforms.
Build AI-powered solutions such as intelligent assistants, chatbots, document processing, and enterprise search.
Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures where required.
Conduct code reviews and establish coding standards and best practices.
Mentor developers and provide technical leadership.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.
Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, AI Engineers, DevOps, QA, and business teams., + REST

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer / Technical Lead with 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, API Development, and AI/Generative AI integration., * 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.

Strong experience with Java 8/11/17/21.
Strong knowledge of:
