Job description

Vaughn Automotive Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Developer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Java applications using best practices and design patterns
Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and turn them into technical solutions
Participate in code reviews, ensure code quality, and identify opportunities for improvement
Proactively identify and resolve technical issues and bugs
Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in Java development and implement them when applicable
Contribute to the overall development process and provide feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Java Developer
Strong knowledge of Java, Spring framework, and SQL
Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
A passion for learning and staying updated with the latest technologies
