Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Performance Tester with hands-on expertise in NeoLoad to design, develop, execute, and analyze performance testing for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of performance engineering methodologies, workload modeling, scripting, monitoring, and performance tuning across web, API, and enterprise applications., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in Performance Testing.
3+ years of hands-on experience with NeoLoad Performance Testing Tool.
Strong experience testing:
Web Applications
REST APIs
SOAP Web Services
Microservices
Experience creating parameterization, correlation, pacing, rendezvous points, and transaction validations in NeoLoad.
Strong understanding of HTTP/HTTPS protocols and application architecture.
Experience analyzing CPU, memory, disk, JVM, database, and network performance metrics.
Strong SQL skills for backend validation.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, or Gatling.
Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, or Groovy scripting.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized applications.
Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL databases.
Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging platforms.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Nice to Have

NeoLoad Certification.
Experience with Performance Engineering methodologies.
Experience testing high-volume enterprise or financial applications.
Exposure to monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, Splunk, Grafana, or Prometheus.
