This position will work side-by-side with our CTO, serve as the trusted liaison to outside support vendors and managed service providers (MSP), and play a hands-on roll in our IT transformation journey. This role is on-site., * Be the primary point of contact with our outside support vendors and MSP, ensuring issues are triaged quickly, communication is clear, and service levels are consistently met.
- Monitor and maintain our enterprise systems in close collaboration with the CTO and our vendor partners, keeping performance, availability, and security top of mind.
- Provide onsite technical support for situations where a physical presence makes all the difference-from hardware deployments and facility moves to production floor troubleshooting.
- Partner with the CTO on IT transformation initiatives, contributing your perspective and execution skills to projects that modernize how we operate.
- Learn quickly and apply what you learn. Our technology stack evolves with the business, and you’ll be expected to pick up new platforms, tools, and practices and put them to work.
- Document, improve, and share. Help build the knowledge base and processes that keep us resilient as we scale.
Requirements
· Comfortable with deploying desktop equipment, troubleshooting at a workstation or production equipment, supporting users in office or at workstations on the production floor.
· Proactive, ownership-driven approach to problem solving and follow through.
· Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills, especially when working with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders across departments.
· Curiosity about technology and a demonstrated ability to rapidly learn and apply new tools, systems, and concepts.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Strong background in Microsoft desktop and server operating systems and 365 applications.
· Familiarity with backup and restore methodology.
· Experience with Linux server operating systems and their management.
· Significant knowledge and experience in networking technologies, TCP/IP, VPN etc.
· Familiarity with web services and ecommerce technology support.
· Ability to navigate a server room/datacenter and understand how different items are related and connected.
Education and Qualification Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience will be given strong consideration.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of administering enterprise systems in a business environment including networking, servers, end-user devices, identity, and common business applications.

Salary range: $80,000 to $95,000 depending on experience.
