Job description

EHMA builds the software behind Everpower’s clean-energy brands. We’re looking for a DevOps engineer to own and advance our Azure platform and release pipeline - the dedicated platform owner who keeps our environments healthy, our deployments reliable, and our engineers focused on building product.

You’ll work closely with our developers and the Director of Engineering on a small, fast-moving team where your work has direct, visible impact.

What you’ll do

  • Own and operate our CI/CD pipelines (Azure Pipelines / YAML), including our build-once/deploy-many release flow and approval gates.
  • Own our multi-environment strategy across dev, staging, and production, and continuously strengthen how changes are validated before they ship.
  • Administer and maintain our Azure platform: Container Apps, AKS, API Management, Application Gateway, Cosmos DB, Key Vault, Azure Functions, and storage.
  • Build and improve observability - logging, metrics, dashboards, and alerting (Application Insights / Azure Monitor) - and lead incident response and root-cause analysis.
  • Drive deployment reliability and release management, keeping releases safe, repeatable, and predictable.
  • Manage secrets, certificates, RBAC, and environment configuration across all environments.
  • Harden our integrations with third-party services and strengthen automated testing and quality gates in the pipeline.
  • Partner with developers to improve platform performance, resilience, and cost efficiency.

Where you’ll make an impact early

  • Maturing our staging and pre-production validation so changes ship with confidence.
  • Raising deployment reliability and reducing incident frequency on our B2B platform.
  • Strengthening the resilience of high-traffic third-party integrations.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in DevOps, platform, cloud, or SRE engineering.
  • Deep, hands-on Azure across compute, networking, data, and security - e.g., Container Apps and/or AKS, API Management, Application Gateway, Cosmos DB, Key Vault, Azure Functions, Storage, VNets / privateendpoints.
  • CI/CD pipeline design and authoring, ideally Azure Pipelines (YAML), including release gates and multi-stage promotion.
  • Infrastructure as Code (Bicep and/or Terraform).
  • Containerization and orchestration (Docker; Kubernetes / Container Apps).
  • Observability and monitoring (Application Insights, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics / KQL) plus incident response.
  • Secrets, certificate, and configuration management (Key Vault); identity and access (Entra ID / RBAC).
  • Scripting and automation (PowerShell and/or Bash).
  • Source control and branching workflows (Git).
  • Comfortable operating in a C#/.NET environment - able to read code and debug builds and deployments (this role does not write application features).

Nice to have

  • Azure certifications (AZ-400, AZ-104) or equivalent.
  • Experience with multi-environment promotion, blue-green, or canary deployments.
  • Celigo experience
  • Automated integration/regression testing experience in pipelines.
  • Networking, DNS, and TLS/certificate management experience at scale.
  • Cost management and Azure governance / policy.
