Information Management and Logistics Support

• As the Information Management Officer (IMO) manage the IT processes and resources needed to support the organization’s mission.
• Serve as the primary organizational point of contact for identifying, reporting, tracking, and resolving IT and network issues.
• Coordinate user requirements, service requests, and network-related issues with the Local Network Enterprise Center (LNEC).
• Provide operational data services and manage organizational data in accordance with established requirements for data ownership, access control, and data handling.
• Support networks and assist the Lead Information System Security Officer and LNEC with assigned tasks.
• Develop and publish procedures for hardware accountability, reutilization, and disposal.
• Support the Lead Logistics Management Specialist with property accountability, supply operations, inventory control, equipment movement, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain property accounts
• Maintain property records in accordance with applicable policies and directives.
• Assign and track equipment issued to projects, pilot programs, and testing activities.
• Prepare property reports, analyses, surveys, and inventory documentation.
• Maintain inventory records in the designated systems of record
• Maintain centralized asset visibility and property accountability
• Initiate and monitor actions involving lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed property
• Maintain a supply inventory tracking system, including quantity-on-hand reports and appropriate reorder schedules for expendable supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend restocking actions in accordance with policies and directives.
• Assist the Lead Logistics Management Specialist with periodic and spot inventories.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies and property-accountability variances.
• Coordinate supply activities with the Primary Hand Receipt Holder (PHRH), including inventory management, warehousing, purchasing, issuing, receiving, shipping, and equipment accountability.
• Support the conversion of property records, processes, and procedures into systems of record.
• Identify excess and end-of-life equipment and coordinate its removal from property records, reutilization, or disposal.
• Coordinate the collection, packaging, turn-in, and delivery of end-of-life equipment to the designated locations.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

• Certification: CompTIA Security+ (Sec+) Certification is required.
• Experience: 5 years of IT helpdesk/Tier 1 support, hardware troubleshooting, and IT inventory management
• Security Clearance: Must possess an active Secret clearance - or be eligible to obtain and maintain one. The company will initiate the clearance process for qualified candidates.

Preferred Qualification:

• Degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related technical field., * Related : 5 years (Required)
