Programmer Analyst II (Grade 16)

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Mathematics or a related discipline from a college or university accredited by a regional accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Three (3) or more years’ experience in the Information Technology field, preferably with a concentration in software development and experience in programming, systems analysis and database design, and ability to access DBMS’s using SQL is preferred. Must pass a fingerprint background check. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with Visual Studio .NET and related technologies (C#, VB, ASP, MVC, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, XML, JSON, Bootstrap, Web Services, Entity Framework, Linq, and SQL Server) is highly desired. Mobile application development is highly desired. Experience with Microsoft SQL server database administration is desirable. Experience with large scale financial, payroll and timekeeping systems is desirable. Experience with Crystal reports or SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) is desirable.
