Experienced NOC Med Tech - Part Time

• Responsible for passing out medications to the residents within strict timelines
• Providing our Residents with assistance in their Activities of Daily Living and personal care
• Must be able to communicate directly with physicians, NP’s, and resident’s families in a professional manner.
• Must be able to obtain clarification on MD orders with special attention on any new medications being given to a resident
• Must be able to maintain the OTC cabinet
• Responsible for the destruction of meds
• Responsible for updating CSS
• Responsible for maintaining the Nurse’s station.
• Responsible to oversee caregivers during the shift

We are hiring an experienced NOC Med Tech to join our team! Must have experience working in an Assisted Living and/or Memory Care Facility, * Must have Med-Tech/Caregiving experience in an Assisted Living or Memory Care Facility

• Have empathy, kindness and the heart to work with the senior community
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent documentation is a must
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Able to work independently and enjoys being part of a team
• Computer experience
• PCC knowledge is a plus
• Maintain the Med Room/Nurse’s Station
• Answer department telephone during shift

JOB SPECIFICATION: Part Time - Fri, Sat and Sun.

10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.
