  • Hands-on experience with on-premises IAM administration, including access provisioning, directory services, authentication, authorization, patching, troubleshooting, and operational support in secured environments.
  • Ability to write scripts and automations for IAM administration, reporting, reconciliation, or operational support; familiarity with UNIX/Linux, SQL, LDAP, and interface troubleshooting is strongly preferred.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one; experience in secured federal or DoD environments preferred.

Other Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Oracle IAM architecture, access governance concepts, user lifecycle management, connector-based provisioning, directory integration, and security administration supporting enterprise applications.
  • Experience supporting access controls, account recertification, audit readiness, compliance requirements, and operational security practices in federal or other highly regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of runbooks, SOPs, change management, incident management, problem management, backup and recovery, and environment migration practices for identity platforms.
