NetSuite ERP System Administrator(Bilingual Mandarin Preferred)

We are looking for a NetSuite ERP System Administrator to support the daily administration, configuration, and improvement of our NetSuite ERP system.This role will work closely with internal business teams and ERP consultants to support daily operations and implement new ERP projects and modules., * Manage daily NetSuite system administration and configuration.

• Configure users, roles, permissions, forms, fields, and system settings.
• Create and maintain SuiteFlow workflows, Saved Searches, reports, and dashboards.
• Provide daily ERP user support and troubleshoot system issues.
• Work with ERP consultants to implement new projects, modules, workflows, and system enhancements.
• Support requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, UAT, and deployment.
• Assist with data imports, master data maintenance, and system documentation.
• Support basic NetSuite customization and integration activities.

• 2+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience preferred.
• Familiar with NetSuite administration and system configuration.
• Experience with SuiteFlow, Saved Searches, roles and permissions, forms, and reports.
• Basic understanding of Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse, or Supply Chain processes.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP implementation projects is preferred.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• SuiteScript experience is strongly preferred and will receive priority consideration.

We are not looking for a senior ERP architect. The ideal candidate is a hands-on NetSuite administrator who can independently handle system configuration and daily support while working with ERP consultants on larger projects.
