Job description

Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company, is seeking an experienced Integration Specialist to provide executive-level support to a senior Government civilian leader at Redstone Arsenal. This highly visible position serves as the principal coordination point for integrating the activities of two subordinate Directorates, ensuring the Director receives timely, accurate, and effective administrative and operational support.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with exceptional organizational, communication, and writing skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This individual will routinely interact with senior military officers, Government civilians, and contractor personnel while managing sensitive information, coordinating complex activities, and ensuring the efficient execution of the Director’s daily operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and integrate activities across two subordinate Directorates to support the Director’s priorities and mission objectives.

  • Generate, prioritize, track, and manage Directorate correspondence and executive taskings.

  • Coordinate meetings, executive briefings, conferences, and engagements with Government organizations, senior leaders, and external stakeholders.

  • Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule, and daily priorities, exercising independent judgment in the commitment of the Director’s time.

  • Coordinate all CONUS and OCONUS travel arrangements and ensure compliance with Defense Travel System (DTS) requirements and applicable travel regulations.

  • Develop, maintain, and improve internal operating procedures that enhance office efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Maintain official files, records, and correspondence while ensuring quality control and proper records management.

  • Prepare, edit, and finalize memorandums, executive summaries, information papers, speeches, briefings, and other official correspondence.

  • Anticipate recurring requirements, identify potential scheduling conflicts, and proactively resolve issues before they impact mission execution.

  • Coordinate with Directorate staff to assemble documents, briefing materials, speeches, and position papers for meetings, executive engagements, and official functions.

  • Receive, screen, and appropriately respond to telephone calls and visitors while exercising discretion when handling sensitive or confidential matters.

  • Safeguard classified information and maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with Government security requirements.

  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications and other Government systems to perform word processing, presentation development, calendar management, email correspondence, and document tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Eight (8) or more years of progressively responsible executive administrative, program integration, or organizational management experience supporting senior Government or military leadership.

  • Demonstrated experience using the Defense Travel System (DTS).

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare memorandums, executive summaries, information papers, briefings, and other professional correspondence.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting demanding deadlines.

  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism when interacting with senior Government officials and handling sensitive information.

  • Active Secret security clearance.

  • U.S. Citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting U.S. Army organizations or Department of Defense senior leadership.

  • Familiarity with Army correspondence formats, staffing processes, acronyms, and administrative procedures.

  • Experience coordinating executive-level meetings, conferences, and strategic planning activities.
