Product Operations Specialist, Systems and Data

Experteer Overview In this role you will design, build, and optimize automated data systems and workflows that enable faster, more reliable product development. You’ll partner with Product and Engineering to reduce manual work, provide actionable execution health metrics, and scale internal tools. You will balance autonomy with standardized data processes to ensure cross-team alignment. This is a hands-on, impact-driven role at the intersection of systems, data, and AI-enabled operations in autonomous robotics. Compensation / Benefits * Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and reports to reveal execution health and resource allocation * Develop scalable systems and automations supporting agile product development from roadmap to release * Experiment with AI tools to create agentic workflows that automate operational tasks and surface insights * Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational needs into tooling requirements * Guide teams on system best practices and iterate based on feedback * Facilitate alignment across teams to manage cross-team dependencies and mitigate risks Tasks * Experience managing systems, automations, and data for product/engineering/business ops with automated workflows and data dashboards * Familiarity with SDLC and workflows: requirements, planning, GitHub, CI/CD, testing, QA, release * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Confluence) * Strong organization, time management, and analytical problem-solving with adaptability * Clear communication for both technical and non-technical audiences Key requirements * base salary * bonus * equity * benefits
