TS/SCI Systems Engineer

Provide systems engineering support across a COMSEC-focused Air Force program, including evaluating program portfolios, maintaining technical baselines, and ensuring system and subsystem performance aligns with mission and specification requirements.

• Review and assess system designs, test plans, and proposed solutions while supporting system-level testing, validation efforts, and performance analysis to ensure operational effectiveness.
• Develop and deliver technical documentation, reports, and briefings to support program planning, execution, and decision-making, incorporating engineering and cost-analysis principles.
• Support the full system lifecycle-including acquisition, integration, deployment, sustainment, and operations-while delivering technical guidance and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and government stakeholders.
• Contribute to program risk management activities in alignment with Air Force SEAM processes, including identifying gaps, performing trade-off analyses, and supporting data-driven decision-making (e.g., MODA, cost vs. capability).
• Apply modern engineering practices to improve program visibility, system integration, and lifecycle management.

Active Top Secret (TS) Clearance

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 5+ years of experience in a technical engineering role Strong ability to collaborate across teams and integrate with external organizations

• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in multiple programming or scripting languages
• Experience supporting automation, monitoring, or deployment improvements
