The Senior Analyst / Developer works within the Technical and Strategic Solution Team to design, build, and support full-stack applications and data integrations for the CFO organization. The role leverages the Microsoft technology stack (.NET, SQL Server) to streamline financial processes, architect highly reliable data integration processes using SSIS, and deliver actionable insights. Additionally, this position focuses on integrating modern workflow automation and AI tools such as KIRO and Databricks to transform routine financial data tasks.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives):
- Design, develop, and maintain internal financial applications and interfaces using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET) and modern front-end frameworks
- Architect and optimize database designs and stored procedures in SQL Server 2022 while building reliable SSIS data integration pipelines
- Integrate modern workflows and technologies, including KIRO, GenAI/LLM APIs, and Copilot tools, to enhance application capabilities and automate routine financial tasks
- Enforce best practices in source code management, testing, and deployment CI/CD processes utilizing GitLab
- Collaborate with business units across the CFO organization to translate financial workflows into robust, scalable technical solutions
Requirements
- Technical expertise in full-stack web application and API development using C# and the .NET framework
- Advanced proficiency in database administration and development with Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedure optimization, and performance tuning
- Mastery in architecting and supporting enterprise-level data integration processes via SSIS
- Ability to integrate AI capabilities, such as LLM APIs and prompt engineering, into modern business application workflows
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents using Databricks, AWS, or Azure, with the ability to independently design and implement agentic workflows
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to interpret complex data lineage, spot anomalies, and deliver clear technical solutions
- Proven expertise in version control systems and CI/CD deployment pipelines utilizing GitLab, * Experience or familiarity with the Databricks platform for data engineering, AI, or advanced analytics
- Familiarity with KIRO or similar financial system workflow automation tools
- Functional or technical experience working with Oracle ERP environments, specifically Oracle EBS R12 table structures
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, * Minimum Education: B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical degree; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum Experience: 5 years of experience in .NET full-stack development and database management
- Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 5 years of experience with:
- .NET framework (C#, ASP.NET) and API development
- Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning)
- SSIS data integration processes ( minimum 5 years required)

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role’s location and is subject to change based on work location.
