Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 3 full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementations with 3+ SAP SuccessFactors EC implementations, 2+ ECP implementations, Workforce Software and Benefitfocus integration experience Experience with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Attendance integrations. Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop internal SuccessFactors capabilities. SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) required and Payroll (ECP) Certification preferred Additional certifications in Performance & Goals, Compensation, or Onboarding are a plus.
