Sr. Software Engineer, Platform Orchestration - Slack

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the end-to-end delivery of platform and orchestration improvements across Slack’s infrastructure. You will design and build foundational systems to enable reliable, scalable, and compliant service operations, with a focus on automation and observability. You’ll collaborate with engineering teams to embed platform capabilities into workflows, driving faster shipping and more reliable deployments. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape platform efficiency, reduce operating costs, and scale the platform for long-term resilience. You will work in a mission-driven, cross-functional environment that values reliability, automation, and cost-conscious engineering.
