Lead, Ground System Integration & Test Engineering

Experteer Overview In this role you drive the integration, testing, and verification of a cloud-based ground segment for space systems. You collaborate with space, cybersecurity, and software teams to ensure mission requirements are met and issues are resolved efficiently. You will develop test plans, manage milestones, and document test outcomes, enabling robust, verifiable ground systems for space operations. This position offers impact through shaping verification strategies and working across disciplines in a mission-focused environment. Compensation / Benefits * Develop detailed test plans, descriptions and procedures * Schedule, identify and track test milestones * Identify, investigate and report problems uncovered during testing * Perform integration testing with simulators, emulators, flight hardware, and testbeds * Prepare detailed reports on formal verification test events * Investigate root causes and potential solutions for complex problems Tasks * Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of experience; or Graduate Degree with at least 7 years; or 13 years of experience in lieu of a degree * Minimum 9 years of experience with complex multi-subsystem cloud-hosted systems and project management * SECRET clearance required Key requirements *
