Job description

Experteer Overview As a DevOps Engineer II at Fabletics, you drive automation and reliability across a large-scale, hybrid infrastructure. You partner with cross-functional teams to improve pipelines and infrastructure, enabling faster, safer delivery. You will shape platform reliability through Kubernetes, cloud-native and on-prem environments, and contribute to observability and incident response. This role offers impact across a diverse service ecosystem and opportunities to lead platform modernization. Compensation / Benefits * Support and improve CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and self-hosted runners * Embed with engineering teams to deliver targeted infrastructure and automation improvements * Design, deploy, and maintain Kubernetes clusters on EKS and NKP in VM environments * Build reusable components (GitHub Actions workflows, Terraform modules) to standardize delivery * Manage Nexus Sonatype artifact repository on VM environments * Collaborate on AWS infrastructure management (networking, IAM, storage, compute) * Contribute to observability by implementing logging, metrics, and tracing * Participate in on-call rotations and incident response * Document systems, runbooks, and processes to reduce tribal knowledge Tasks * 2-4 years in a DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering role * Hands-on production Kubernetes experience * Proficient with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or similar) * Solid AWS experience (EC2, EKS, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch) * Comfort with Linux/VM-based infrastructure * Hands-on IaC (Terraform or equivalent) and config management (Ansible, Chef, Puppet) * Familiarity with Nexus Sonatype or similar artifact repositories * On-call experience and incident triage skills * Strong scripting in Bash, Python, or Node.js Key requirements * Hybrid Work Schedule * Discretionary Paid Time Off * Summer Fridays * Healthcare Plans * Employee Discounts * 401k
