Product Owner

Experteer Overview In this Product Owner role, you lead value-driven product delivery within an Agile Scrum environment, translating business needs into a prioritized backlog and roadmap. You collaborate with business and IT leaders to align product strategy with company goals and drive cross-functional delivery. You’ll shape user-centered outcomes, validate Roadmap items, and monitor progress across iterations. Compensation / Benefits * Maximize product value through the Scrum team * Define and communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders * Refine roadmap and strategy for maximum business value * Convert ideas into prioritized backlog based on value/ROI * Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives) * Facilitate backlog grooming for cross-functional alignment * Validate roadmap items before development with stakeholder input * Own development process progress and decision-making for next steps * Collaborate with Technical Product Managers and Scrum Master for roadmap execution * Maintain user personas and journey maps to anticipate future needs * Drive user-centric outcomes with business and IT leadership * Research market trends and user needs to shape the roadmap Tasks * Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field * Minimum 6 years of related experience including leading technical teams and translating requirements * Minimum 3 years as Product Owner/Product Manager or similar role with launching/managing products * Certified Product Owner (CPO) required, SAFe preferred * Experience in the insurance industry highly desired Key requirements * competitive benefits package (health, dental, vision) * 401K retirement plan with company match * bonus potential for all positions * paid time off * paid holidays * opportunity for continuous learning/support
