Data Architecture & Delivery Lead - P&C Insurance

We are seeking an experienced Data Architecture & Delivery Lead to drive enterprise data architecture initiatives and lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data transformation programs. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in cloud data platforms, Databricks, ETL/ELT frameworks, data warehousing, and enterprise delivery management.

This role requires a blend of technical leadership, stakeholder management, architecture governance, and delivery oversight to build scalable, secure, and high-quality data solutions aligned with business objectives., * Lead enterprise data architecture and modernization initiatives across cloud and analytics platforms.

• Design and govern scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT frameworks, and data warehouse solutions.
• Drive legacy-to-cloud migration and Databricks-based transformation programs.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery including requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to deliver business-aligned solutions.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, quality, security, and enterprise architecture standards.
• Manage delivery risks, dependencies, project timelines, and stakeholder communication.
• Support continuous improvement through reusable frameworks, best practices, and delivery excellence initiatives.

• Strong experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, and Analytics Delivery.
• Hands-on expertise with Databricks, cloud data platforms, ETL/ELT tools, and data warehousing technologies.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale data transformation and migration programs.
• Strong understanding of data governance, quality, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Insurance/P&C domain experience is preferred.
