Testing Engineer Graduate (TikTok-Testing-Social-User and Relation) - 2027 Start

About the Team The centralized Testing team for TikTok provides support for multiple service component value chains. In this role, team members have the opportunity to validate, automate, develop, and manage the complex challenges of scale with your expertise in large-scale systems. The main responsibilities include maintaining automation tests, handling user feedback, functional validation, building the App, and release management., * Participate in the entire system testing process under guidance, including requirement analysis, designing and executing basic test plans/cases, and tracking software defects through resolution.

• Assist in project execution, tracking risk items, and maintaining test execution processes.
• Learn and apply existing test tools, and collaborate with senior automation/performance engineers to develop and maintain internal tools, test frameworks, and continuous delivery platforms to improve overall team productivity.

• Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong foundational programming skills in Java, Python, Objective-C, or Golang through academic projects, coursework, or internships.
• Fundamental understanding of test automation concepts and basic experience with API, mobile, or web testing tools.
• Familiarity with software engineering fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and system architecture principles.
• Interest or academic project experience in leveraging AI/LLM tools or prompt engineering to improve code quality or testing efficiency., * Coursework or project experience in evaluating/testing AI Agent/LLM outputs or model behavior.
• Basic familiarity with web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask) or container/distributed tech concepts (e.g., Docker, K8s, Kafka, Redis).
• Previous internship or research experience in software testing, QA automation, or mobile/web development.
• Strong passion for mobile internet products and building next-generation applications.
