Full Time Analysts can expect to assist senior strategists in analyzing market moving trends and building relative value models. By the end of the Analyst Program, participants will have:

• Develop a thorough understanding of financial markets

• Will learn to identify and analyze trends in the fixed-income and commodities markets with the goal of producing cutting edge research and actionable trading recommendations.
• Learn to collect, outline and explain information giving insights that drive creative solutions in the Macro environment in which our clients’ businesses operate. Your insights will provide clarity the client needs to make investment decisions.
• Develop relationships with Citi clients and our sales and trading partners.

• You have a GPA of 3.3 or above
• You are obtaining a bachelor’s or master’s degree (excluding MBA’s), majoring in Quantitative Finance, Computer science, Engineering, Mathematics and/or a closely related degree.
• You currently graduating between December 2026 and June 2027
• You have excellent mathematical and/or programming skills
• You communicate clearly and effectively
