Job description
As a GRC/IRM ServiceNow Technology Implementation Solutions - Senior Manager, you will focus on maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions. Within our Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice, you will guide clients through complex regulatory landscapes, enhancing their internal controls to mitigate risks effectively. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment and recognizing when to take action or escalate issues. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams, along with your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our firm.
In this role, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story. You will apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities, validate outcomes with clients, and share alternative perspectives. Directing teams through complexity, you will demonstrate composure in ambiguous situations, initiate open coaching conversations, and make decisions to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness. Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions using ServiceNow technology
- Advising clients on regulatory compliance strategies and risk management practices
- Managing complex projects to enhance clients’’ internal controls and mitigate risks effectively
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to navigate complex regulatory landscapes
- Developing and maintaining compliance frameworks and programs for clients
- Conducting compliance audits and assessments to validate adherence to regulatory standards
- Providing guidance on anti-money laundering and financial crime prevention measures
- Utilizing data analysis and interpretation skills to identify and address compliance risks
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities
- Directing teams through complex situations, demonstrating composure and sound judgment
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing teams
- Modeling and reinforcing professional and technical standards within the firm
Requirements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor’’s degree
- At least 7 years of experience

- Demonstrating proficiency in Governance Risk Compliance (GRC) technology
- Utilizing ISO/IEC 27001 Standards for regulatory compliance
- Applying NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) in risk management
- Implementing compliance programs with a focus on anti-money laundering
- Leading teams through complex regulatory risk assessments
- Excelling in crafting and conveying impactful messages

Benefits & conditions
The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’’s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
