· Coordinate activities across GRC consultants, risk stakeholders, control owners, compliance teams, audit functions, and technology partners.

· Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to assess controls, validate ownership, identify gaps, and support rationalization activities.

· Track delivery progress, manage dependencies, and ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.

· Prepare and communicate weekly status reports covering accomplishments, upcoming activities, risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies.

· Drive issue resolution and escalation management while proactively identifying delivery risks and mitigation strategies.

· Ensure assessment findings, recommendations, control rationalization decisions, and roadmap outputs remain traceable and well documented.

· Conduct quality reviews of project deliverables to ensure consistency, completeness, and compliance with engagement objectives and acceptance criteria.

· Support governance forums, executive reviews, stakeholder communications, and decision-making processes throughout the engagement lifecycle.

· Collaborate with business, technology, risk, compliance, and audit teams to support control transformation, audit remediation, and risk reduction initiatives.

· Maintain project documentation, meeting records, action logs, and governance artifacts in accordance with organizational standards.

Requirements

· 12+ years of experience in Program Management, Delivery Management, GRC, Technology Risk, Audit, Operational Risk, or Controls Transformation programs.

· Strong experience leading large-scale financial services, banking, risk, compliance, or controls modernization initiatives.

· Proven expertise in delivery governance, stakeholder management, workplan management, milestone tracking, and RAID management.

· Experience supporting control assessments, control rationalization, audit remediation, risk management, and regulatory compliance programs.

· Strong understanding of technology controls, operational controls, risk frameworks, governance processes, and control effectiveness assessments.

· Experience facilitating executive workshops, stakeholder interviews, governance forums, and cross-functional working sessions.

· Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, and executive reporting skills.
