Requirements

Are you an RN or LPN with a passion for teaching and improving workflows in a fast-paced healthcare environment? We are looking for a highly skilled and personable EMR Systems Trainer to join our team! This is NOT a desk job - it’s for someone who thrives on engaging with people, solving problems, and making a real impact on patient care. As an EMR Systems Trainer, you will be the go-to expert, optimizing work-flows and working on the floor in a busy healthcare facility to support clinical staff with the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, eClinicalWorks. Your role will involve training, coaching, and troubleshooting with physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff. You’ll need excellent communication skills to facilitate discussions with providers, help staff navigate the EMR system, and ensure they are using the system to its full potential., * Clinical nursing background (RN preferred) with hands-on experience working in healthcare.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - you’ll be working closely with people at all levels, from frontline staff to physicians.
  • Knowledge of eClinicalWorks preferred (certification a plus)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills - the ability to identify pain points, think creatively, and develop solutions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare technology systems
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, medical terminology, and clinical workflows preferred

If you are a nurse, RN or LPN who loves the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment and you are passionate about optimizing workflows and empowering clinical teams through training and support, we want to hear from you!
