Job description
We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to own, manage, and continuously improve our OneTrust platform, with primary responsibility for Privacy capabilities. This role sits within our Digital Nexus technology organization, working closely with the U.S. Privacy & Confidentiality Office and other business stakeholders. The ideal candidate is hands-on with OneTrust configuration and administration, deeply understands how privacy programs operate in practice, and can translate regulatory requirements into scalable platform solutions. Key Responsibilities OneTrust Platform Ownership Serve as the product owner and primary administrator for the OneTrust instance supporting key Privacy and Third-Party Management workstreams. Own the platform backlog, roadmap, and prioritization aligned to business and client needs Configure and maintain OneTrust modules including Privacy Automation (data maps, PIAs/DPIAs, DSARs, incidents, notices) and Cookie Consent Management. Manage environments, releases, testing, and production change, following Stakeholder & Client Collaboration Act as the primary interface between business users, delivery teams, and OneTrust support Gather requirements, define user stories, and accept completed work Support client-facing delivery in a professional services context, including demos, workshops, and solution design sessions, Serve as the product owner and primary administrator for the OneTrust instance supporting key Privacy and Third-Party Management workstreams. Own the platform backlog, roadmap, and prioritization aligned to business and client needs Configure and maintain OneTrust modules including Privacy Automation (data maps, PIAs/DPIAs, DSARs, incidents, notices) and Cookie Consent Management. Manage environments, releases, testing, and production change, following documented change management procedures
Privacy Program Enablement
Partner with privacy, legal, risk, and compliance business stakeholders to operationalize privacy requirements inside OneTrust Translate regulatory obligations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, global privacy laws) into assessments, workflows, and reporting structures Maintain privacy inventories, assessments, and dashboards that support audit-ready programs Manage cookie consent settings and categorization inside OneTrust
Technical Delivery & Integration
Partner with solution architects and engineering teams on: Integrations (e.g., procurement systems, GRC, ticketing, IAM) Data imports/exports, APIs, and automation Ensure scalable design patterns are used across workflows and data models Act as escalation point for complex configuration or technical platform issues
Requirements
Must Have Hands-on OneTrust experience (administration, configuration, or implementation) - required Experience managing OneTrust Privacy Automation and Cookie Consent modules Strong understanding of how enterprise programs are operationalized through workflows, assessments, and reporting Ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into technical platform solutions Experience working as a Product Owner, Platform Owner, or Lead Consultant in a delivery oriented environment Nice to Have Privacy domain knowledge (e.g., GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, global privacy operations) Professional services or consulting background Familiarity with GRC tools, intake workflows, and enterprise SaaS integrations Experience supporting audits, regulatory requests, or client program reviews Skills & Competencies Product ownership & backlog management Workflow and data model design Stakeholder communication and expectation management Technical troubleshooting and solution design
