• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and Customer 360 ecosystems.
• Drive API first and headless architecture approaches enabling seamless integration between Salesforce and external digital channels.
• Develop and optimize solutions using Apex, LWC, Platform Events, Integration APIs, and modern Salesforce development frameworks.
• Design reusable services, microservices, and integration patterns leveraging MuleSoft and enterprise middleware platforms.

Seeking a highly experienced and hands on Salesforce Technical Lead with 10 12 years of IT experience and deep expertise across the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate should possess strong Salesforce development and architecture skills, with a clear understanding of Salesforce’s strategic direction around Customer 360, Data Cloud, Agentforce, API led connectivity, composable architecture, and headless digital experiences., * 10-12 years of IT experience with 7+ years of hands on Salesforce development.
