Job description
The IGA Engineer designs, implements, and maintains identity governance solutions that automate identity lifecycle management, access certifications, and compliance reporting across enterprise systems., Configure and maintain IGA platforms. Develop provisioning and deprovisioning workflows. Implement role-based access controls. Support access certification campaigns. Integrate enterprise applications with IGA solutions. Create compliance and audit reports. Troubleshoot identity governance issues. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, or Microsoft Entra ID Governance. Knowledge of identity lifecycle management. Understanding of SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect. Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities. Experience with Active Directory and LDAP. Scripting experience using PowerShell, Python, or Java.
Desired Skills/Experience
IGA platform certifications. Experience with cloud identity platforms. Knowledge of PAM integrations. Experience supporting compliance initiatives.
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field. Minimum 5 years of IAM/IGA experience.
Job Stipulations
Participation in scheduled maintenance windows.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
Recommended Clearance Language
Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret or higher security clearance. Must comply with all customer background investigation requirements.
