Branch Operations Manager - Healthcare Company

• Daily oversight of assigned branch operations
• Responsible for distribution, respiratory, and service departments
• Ensures region operates in a safe, cost-effective, productive manner
• Responsible for hiring, developing, training, supervising, and performance management of personnel
• Maintains a professional relationship with customers, staff members, and vendors
• Ensure company compliance with FDA, DOT, State, and Federal regulations as well as accreditation standards
• Keep current with all company policies and procedures as they relate to the job description
• Identify and/or resolve client/customer service issues
• Collaborate with various members of the management team for projects related to the month-end close, annual budgeting process, developing and analyzing KPIs, etc.
• Assist with new business strategies and planning according to management
• Assist with strategic planning and project management

• High energy level and strong work ethic
• 5 years of healthcare and/or management experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic PC skills, * Management: 5 years (Preferred)
