· Must have overall 10+ years in IT experience and as Scrum Master
· Must have Healthcare Domain Exp.
· Strong experience leading Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
· Expertise in Scrum ceremonies, backlog, dependencies, risks, impediments, and release planning.
· Strong stakeholder and cross-functional team coordination skills.
· Experience working with business, engineering, architecture, QA, and vendors.
· Must have experience working with COBOL/Mainframe development teams.
· Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
