Looking for a highly technical Oracle HCM Cloud Lead with strong solutioning, development, integrations, automation, and implementation experience. Candidates heavily focused on Payroll without broader HCM architecture and engineering experience will not be considered.

  • 15+ years Oracle HCM Cloud / Oracle HRMS experience
  • Multiple full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
  • Core HR, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting & Absence Management
  • OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, Integrations & REST APIs
  • AI tools, automation, solution design, development and leadership experience
