- 15+ years Oracle HCM Cloud / Oracle HRMS experience
- Multiple full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
- Core HR, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting & Absence Management
- OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, Integrations & REST APIs
- AI tools, automation, solution design, development and leadership experience
