Senior Systems Engineer

· RMM policies, patch compliance, and backup health verification across on-prem and cloud

· Monitoring and alert tuning, so the board is quiet because it’s tuned, not because nobody’s watching

· Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration

· The security stack: EDR/MDR, MFA, conditional access

· Server refreshes, migrations, cloud moves

· Network builds: design, secure, and operate routers, switches, and firewalls

· Deliver projects on time and within scope, with extensive, accurate documentation for every system you touch

· 3-10 years of network administration experience in a Windows environment (Linux a plus)

· Strong Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration; solid IP networking fundamentals

· Solid knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals

· You finish things. You close your tickets, you log your time, you write the documentation. Not because someone’s checking, but because that’s how you work

· You stay level when things break. Servers go down, clients get upset. You get quieter and more methodical, not louder. Communication is gold.

· You’re self-managing. Small team, you own outcomes, and nobody stands behind you with a checklist

· Current valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

· Nice to have: industry certifications, a degree in Computer Science or related field, PowerShell, Fortinet/FortiGate, Ruckus, CIS Controls
