Design to Build Architect (Supply Chain & Manufacturing Solution Architect)

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Design to Build Architect (Supply Chain & Manufacturing Solution Architect) on behalf of our client in Marysville, Ohio. This role will lead the Supply Chain and Manufacturing workstream for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining future-state business processes, operating models, and enterprise solution architecture across manufacturing, planning, inventory, warehousing, maintenance, and logistics functions. This position offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence and enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Supply Chain and Manufacturing workstream for an enterprise SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative.
• Define and implement future-state operating models, business processes, and solution architecture strategies.

• Own end-to-end solution architecture across:

• Production Planning (PP)
• Materials Management (MM)
• Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
• Quality Management (QM)
• Plant Maintenance (PM)
• Inventory Management
• Logistics Execution
• Design integrated planning and manufacturing processes, including demand planning, material requirements planning (MRP), production scheduling, capacity planning, shop floor execution, and inventory optimization.
• Drive business process standardization and promote fit-to-standard adoption across supply chain and manufacturing operations.
• Develop warehouse, maintenance, logistics, and asset management strategies that enhance efficiency, scalability, and operational performance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Sales, Logistics, Operations, and IT teams to ensure seamless cross-functional integration.
• Support modernization initiatives involving digital manufacturing, automation, advanced planning, and process optimization.
• Provide leadership throughout solution design, testing, deployment, and business readiness activities., * Influence strategic manufacturing and supply chain processes at an enterprise scale.
• Work closely with business and technology leaders to deliver innovative and integrated solutions.
• Contribute to long-term operational excellence, digital transformation, and business growth.

• 10+ years of experience in SAP Supply Chain and Manufacturing solutions.
• Strong expertise in SAP PP, MM, EWM, QM, PM, Inventory Management, and related manufacturing processes.
• Proven experience leading Supply Chain or Manufacturing workstreams within SAP implementation, migration, or transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain business processes.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale SAP solution architectures.
• Prior experience within manufacturing industry environments.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio and SAP Cloud ALM.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect role.
• SAP S/4HANA Certification.
• Experience supporting global manufacturing organizations.
• Background in manufacturing modernization, digital transformation, automation, or continuous process improvement initiatives.
