Datalink Engineer

Join our team as a Datalink Engineer where you will leverage your expertise in complex avionic data communication systems to enhance mission platform performance. You will be responsible for integrating and optimizing datalink systems, working closely with OEMs and supporting the development of next-generation technologies. Your role involves analyzing current systems, troubleshooting integration challenges, and implementing improvements to provide our warfighters with a decisive operational edge. This is a direct hire opportunity to apply your electrical engineering skills in a mission-critical environment, contributing to vital defense applications and advancing military communication capabilities.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in datalink systems and systems integration
• Strong knowledge of Datalink systems (e.g., Link-16, TTNT, Link-22), with understanding that Datalinks pass data, not link data
• Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain security clearance eligibility
