Business Analyst with Global Markets Domain Experience

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements. Analyze existing systems and processes to identify gaps and recommend improvements. Translate business needs into clear and detailed functional specifications and user stories. Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business goals. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies as needed. Track project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner. Provide end-to-end visibility into the delivery of solutions, ensuring business value is realized.

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with proven experience in the Global Markets domain to support development teams in delivering high-impact solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of trading systems and business workflows, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work closely with both business and technical teams. This position requires strong analytical thinking, documentation skills, and a proactive approach to managing changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Domain Expertise: Solid understanding of equity trading and experience with equity swaps. Prior experience working with Global Market domain projects is required. Technical Skills: Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Understanding of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies. Proficiency with tools like JIRA and Confluence for documentation and tracking. Core Functional Skills: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills able to convey complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Comfortable interacting with stakeholders across business, operations, and development teams.
