Experteer Overview As an Enterprise Microsoft Platform Architect, you will unify the Microsoft stack into one connected platform, guiding strategy, standards, and secure, scalable solutions. You will lead architectural decisions across Power Platform, Copilot, Fabric, and security domains, partnering with business and technology leaders. You drive governance, reviews, and adoption while mentoring engineers and shaping the platform roadmap. This role blends security, data, and collaboration to enable safe, enterprise-scale modernization. You will work in a cross-functional setting to transform how the company uses technology to serve clients. Compensation / Benefits * Develop reference architectures and roadmaps treating Microsoft as a single platform * Lead technology assessments, proofs-of-concept, and vendor evaluations * Advise business and technology leaders and mentor engineers and architects * Present strategy and recommendations to senior leadership * Direct Power Platform governance, standards, and adoption, focusing on Power Apps and Power Automate * Establish operating model to enable safe, scalable low-code development * Identify opportunities for low-code solutions to replace manual processes * Define and lead Copilot adoption strategy across Microsoft 365 and broader platform * Govern data access, risk, and compliance for AI tools in partnership with security * Establish enterprise approach to Microsoft Fabric, data integration, analytics, and reporting * Ensure security-conscious platform decisions with Defender, Entra ID, Purview * Embed security and data protection and support Zero Trust principles * Support compliance and information protection initiatives using Purview Information Protection * Maintain and improve collaboration stack (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive) * Provide architecture leadership for Unified Endpoint Management (Intune) and modern devices * Advance a modern endpoint security and user experience strategy Tasks * Bachelor in Computer Science * 7+ years of relevant work experience * Broad, hands-on expertise across Microsoft ecosystem with depth in security, Power Platform, Copilot, collaboration tools, modern workplace platforms, and Fabric * Ability to translate business requirements into secure, practical solutions * Excellent communication and stakeholder management * Broad architecture experience across data, infrastructure, applications, and security * Knowledge of enterprise-wide architecture and big-picture technology impacts * Internal/external consulting experience spanning organizational boundaries * Experience in architecture, design, implementation, and support of complex enterprise solutions * Exposure to diverse configurations, technologies, and process improvements Key requirements * vacation time * sick time * 401(k) * health insurance * dental insurance * life insurance
