Job description
As a Site Security Automation Cluster Lead, your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Serve as the local expert in automation and digital transformation across a cluster of manufacturing plants.
- Develop, align, and execute automation upgrade and digital manufacturing transformation roadmaps.
- Lead multifunctional teams responsible for implementing new automation and digital solutions.
- Manage capital projects and ensure successful execution within established business objectives.
- Track project benefits and savings throughout project progression.
- Manage day-to-day site automation operations and maintain high levels of system reliability.
- Oversee cybersecurity technology for the plant cluster and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Develop and execute automation and CCN infrastructure roadmaps.
- Collaborate with Cluster MDS Leads and Plant Champions.
- Develop cybersecurity and automation capabilities across the cluster.
- Manage stakeholders and drive user compliance, process performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute PC&IS and Digitalization roadmaps to improve digital maturity.
- Participate in global and regional automation, systems development, and security initiatives.
Requirements
Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Site Security Automation Cluster Lead who enjoys their work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Site Security Automation Cluster Lead would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:
- Bachelor’s degree; Mechatronic Engineering or related engineering discipline preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing automation and project engineering.
- Strong knowledge of IoT / Industry 4.0 and cybersecurity technologies.
- Experience with automation and control systems within manufacturing environments.
- Experience leading digital transformation and automation initiatives.
- Experience developing and managing automation roadmaps.
- Experience with business continuity and disaster recovery planning for automation/control systems.
- Strong budget management, stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of digital manufacturing and PC&IS environments.
- Willingness to work Monday-Friday onsite in Richmond, VA.
- Ability to travel quarterly to Long Island, NY.
