Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you advance circuit modeling for next-gen semiconductor tech within Intel’s Design Technology Platform. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and validate compact device models and simulation tools aligned with roadmaps, enabling faster PDK delivery. Your work directly supports Intel Foundry leadership by improving modeling accuracy and integration across design flows. You will shape modeling methodologies for advanced nodes and contribute to high-impact product delivery at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Partner with technology leaders and PDK teams to align modeling with roadmap requirements * Drive readiness and validation of simulation and modeling solutions for PDK milestones * Develop compact device models (e.g., FinFET, GAA) including layout-dependent effects * Conduct statistical modeling, simulation, and data analysis using Python * Implement innovative device benchmarking, self-heating, and Open Model Interface (OMI) modeling * Collaborate across teams and geographies for seamless integration and optimized solutions Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 6+ years in semiconductors; or Master’s with 4+ years; or Ph.D. with 2+ years * 2+ years hands-on experience with compact modeling for FinFET and GAAFET * Proficiency with HSPICE and Spectre; experience with ICCAP, MBP * Python scripting for data analysis and automation * Experience in statistical modeling, RF and EM simulation Key requirements * competitive pay * stock bonuses * health benefits * retirement benefits * vacation * hybrid work model
