Experteer Overview As SharePoint Administrator, you will manage and optimize on-premises and SharePoint Online environments to support business needs. You will ensure security, performance, and user experience while collaborating with stakeholders to design SharePoint solutions. You will drive maintenance, migrations, and integrations within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, contributing to a secure, efficient information environment. This role offers the chance to shape how teams access and share content across the organization. Compensation / Benefits * Administer and maintain SharePoint environments (On-Premise and/or SharePoint Online). * Manage access to sites and content, including permissions and site collections. * Perform maintenance tasks: updates, patches, backups. * Monitor health, performance, and storage usage; set storage limits. * Collaborate with stakeholders to develop SharePoint solutions (workflows, forms, views). * Enforce security best practices, manage access controls, conduct audits. * Identify and resolve technical issues proactively within SharePoint. * Support integration with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Power Automate, OneDrive) and other CMS platforms. * Document processes, configurations, and procedures. * Provide end-user support and training as needed. * Work with developers on customizations (web parts, scripts, branding). Tasks * 3+ years of experience managing SharePoint environments. * Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint 2016/2019. * Experience migrating from SharePoint On-Premise to SharePoint Online. * PowerShell scripting and SharePoint administration tools. * Understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive). * Knowledge of SharePoint security and compliance best practices. * Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI. * Familiarity with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, HTML/CSS. * Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-700, MS-900, SharePoint-related). * Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
