Sr Software Engineer (Onsite)

• Design, architect and code critical capabilities in an active Agile environment.
• Develop innovative new features for a new real-time situational awareness Command & Control (C2) systems.
• Work in a highly collaborate team environment to design, architect and innovate software solutions.
• Engage & build positive relationships with both customers as well as internal & external employees.
• Travel to customer sites for demos, integration and support.

• Strong computer science fundamentals such as data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, information retrieval. Relevant work experience with full life cycle development including exposure to software requirements, design, development, debug and test.
• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience, * Direct hands on individual experience with GraphQL, REST, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, Postgresql, Docker, Kubernetes, Angular, Typescript, HTML/CSS, among many other programming languages and related technologies.
• Relevant work experience in software development using object oriented paradigms and multithreaded systems.
• Experience with Container Orchestration implementation such as Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift

• Eligible for relocation, The salary range for this role is 95,500 USD - 181,700 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
